Made from carefully selected pieces of 100% pure, acorn fed Iberian pig, it is seasoned with ground and whole black peppercorns, together with some grated nutmeg, and stuffed into natural casings: its colour is a deep reddish purple. The care and artisan production methods which go into this product give it an intensity of aroma, reminiscent of traditional, home-made salchichones from Extremadura.
