Delicious , Vegan and Artisan Crackers of Red Pepper , Cumin and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
We select the best plant-ripened red peppercorns and grind them into a fine grain just before baking to preserve their aromas. (Red pepper is the green bean that has ripened on the plant, turning the berry red. Red is hotter than green and its aromas are also more intense.). We let our dough rest for 12 hours and cook it slowly to preserve the nutrients and obtain an extra thin and crunchy cracker, but consistent at the same time.
