La Catedral Paella Round Rice

We harvest our Redondo rice in the Albufera Nature Reserve of Sollana. This variety is also short-grain like Bomba, ideal for paella. However, it’s a bit stickier, making it perfect for creamy risottos, Arroz Meloso, Risotto and more.
